It's with sadness we announce the funeral arrangements for Mr Jim Roy who died on Sunday 31st Aug aged 74. Jim (late of Baton road, Shotts) was a beloved husband of Carol. He was a dedicated and loving father to Craig and David and a well thought of and much loved father in law to Paul and Tinie.
The details of Jim's funeral service are as follows:
Date - 10.09.25
Location - Shotts EU Congregational Church
Time - 11am.
Committal Service - Holytown Crematorium
Time - 1230pm
Donations can be made on the day of the funeral in support of Shotts EU Congregational Church & Dykehead Amateur Flute Band in Jim's memory.
Everyone is warmly invited to join the family at the Bon Accord Social Club following the committal to share memories of Jim & enjoy some refreshments. Given Jim's love of a good joke, there will be a box at the Bon Accord for you to place your favourite joke for the family to enjoy.

Another good guy gone far to soon. Davie was an absolute gentleman and my thoughts go out to Carol and the family. Sleep easy and rest in the arms of Jesus.
