King, George Hill

It is with sadness we announce the passing of Mr George Hill King. George was a much loved husband of Margaret as well as a devoted father to Margo, Jim and Andrew. He was also adored by his grandchildren Steven, Erin, Neve, Paige, Lewis, Michal and Skye. He was a dear brother to John, Elspeth, Jean, Jim, Billy and his late sister Eleanor. George was also a well thought of friend, colleague and neighbour to many.

A celebration of George's life will take place on Saturday 20th April 2024 in Shotts EU Congregational Church at 9.30am followed by a short committal service at Benhar Cemetery at 11am. Following the committal, friends and family are warmly invited to come to the Bon Accord Social Club for refreshments and an opportunity to share stories of George.
