It is with sadness we announce the funeral arrangements for Mr John Cairns, a much loved son, grandson, brother, father and nephew. John was also a well thought of friend to many and he will be fondly remembered but sorely missed.
The funeral arrangements are as follows:
Date and Time - Thursday 11th July at 9.30am
Location - Shotts EU Congregational Church and then on to Benhar Cemetery for a short committal service at 10.30am.
There will also be tea & coffee and a buffet served in the Marbles Club, Shotts from 1045am which you are welcome to attend to offer your sympathies to the family and share your memories of John.

To be taken under such horrific circumstances I can’t even begin to fathom you didn’t have it easy in life wee man may you rest in piece now ❤️❤️

Sleep tight uncle John will always remember u coming in to feed me or play with me for hours until I got annoyed with u , can remember u gave mummy a heart attack for sharing ur frisps with me too even though I was ok as u had me, love u forever and always uncle John love aryahrose💙🫶🏼✨🪽🌈
