The family of Mrs Elizabeth Brown are saddened to share the news that their:
'beautiful Mama Betty Brown went home to rest eternally on 25 Sept 2023. Such a beautiful soul who will be missed beyond measure.'
Funeral service from Betty's home in Shotts at 12 noon on Friday 6th October 2023 followed by a short service of committal in Stane Cemetery at 1pm.
The family warmly welcome everyone to the Shotts Bon Accord Social Club for refreshments and to share memories of Betty following the committal.
Betty was a lady held in the highest regard by her family, her community and beyond; she will be fondly remembered but very sorely missed.

You were truly a one off and I was so lucky and blessed that my in laws were you and Wulllie.My heart is breaking and can’t believe I’m never going to get my chicken soup or dumpling again. Your in the arms of your true love again and that gives me comfort. Will miss you so much. God bless you Betty and see you on the other side. All my love
