It is with sadness that we announce the funeral arrangements for Joyce Pinion.
Joyce was a much-loved lady who will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all those who knew her. Her family have expressed their sincere thanks for the many thoughtful words, messages, cards, flowers and other expressions of love and support they have received over recent days, weeks and months.
The funeral arrangements are as follows:
Funeral Service
Date: Tuesday 8th September
Location: Holytown Crematorium
Time: 11.30am
Reception
Following the service, Joyce’s family warmly invite those attending to join them at Shotts Bon Accord Social Club for a celebration of Joyce’s life.
Donations
In lieu of flowers, the family will be holding a collection in Joyce’s memory.
Any donations received will be divided equally between the British Heart Foundation and Ward 15 at University Hospital Monklands, whose staff cared for Joyce and whom the family have described with heartfelt gratitude as “angels.”
The family would like to thank everyone once again for the kindness, love and support shown to Joyce and to them.
